From tracking new hires, terminations and processing changes, the MSI Eligibility Team assumes year-round responsibility of clients’ benefits eligibility with all data securely transmitted to carriers. Through the MSI Client Portal, you can submit eligibility changes to MSI for processing should a file feed not be established between MSI’s enrollment platform and your HRIS system and/or benefits are not integrated with payroll.
