At MSI, we offer meticulous billing and invoice reconciliation services to ensure accuracy and ease for our clients. Our dedicated MSI Billing Team aggregates and reconciles all monthly invoices with ongoing eligibility activity, providing audited “premium-due” information to clients’ HR, finance and accounting departments. This thorough approach ensures that financial records are precise and up to date, reducing administrative burdens and discrepancies.
Regulatory Compliance
Our clients look to MSI to serve as their in-house experts on a multitude of regulatory requirements that impact the daily administration of benefits. As such, our MSI IT and Compliance Team practices a proactive approach, assisting all customers with compliance requirements such as 1094/1095 reporting, annual notices and filings, ensuring that each organization we represent remains compliant with federal and state regulations.

Interactive Client Portal
The MSI Eligibility Team assumes year-round responsibility of benefits eligibility, including tracking new hires, terminations and processing changes with all data transmitted to carriers. In the event benefits are not integrated with payroll and/or a file feed is not established between MSI and the client’s HRIS platform, the MSI Client Portal serves as an eligibility functionality, allowing customers to submit eligibility changes to MSI for processing.
Human Resources Tools
Through the MSI Client Portal, all clients also have access to the MSI HR Portal – an educational database featuring information pertaining to all things HR and related benefit laws, providing a high quality, easy to understand learning experience for all. This dynamic online HR inventory also offers helpful tools and resources such as training videos, salary benchmarking tools, job description developers and much more.
